Same story with Wells Fargo. Complete runaround. Said they mailed me the package a month ago… never arrived. Can’t get them to resend it. Totally different information from them, depending on which rep you talk to… ( either intentional or someone is poorly trained). Half the time their “special” phone number does not even work and disconnects caller after 10 minutes of pressing prompts…. Refuses to communicate via email, even refused to accept online payments on a delinquent account (until they realized how dumb that was).

Yep they want the house, not the money. Not sure where all the stimulus money is, but certainly not where it was intended to be. I guess its in the pockets of the same bankers that got bailed out, and are now making huge profits on personal credit.

Hello Stacey,

I find myself in a similar situation with Countrywide. I have been waiting for two months for information on their new program that thay said had been mailed out to me. I’m still waiting… I have spoken to numerous reps, which has proven to be a frustrating experience due to their incompetence. I was curious to know if you have learned any more about the programs they were supposed to implement to help homeowners.
