We must follow a few rules before buying stuff online. You can see a store’s position in the market through some good sites like resellerrating.com; it can save you from scams and you can be familiar with the STORE’s REPUTATION. I generally shop through some deal sites which save me money…like cheapdeals101.com, techbargains.com and coupon sites like retailmenot.com. After that if I find good deals and the store is not popular then I take references from the resellerrating and cosumerresearch site so I can decide whether to go for a deal or not. In 99.99% cases, the deals are fine as these deal sites also offer products…hope this helps!

1) Search for online review first, preferably through a third party forum
2) If it is too good to be true, most likely it is…
3) If in doubt, don’t buy
